By using this website and booking services with Allen Family Affairs LLC d.b.a. AA Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms:

1. Clinical Services: All new clients acknowledge that advanced dermal protocols require a Clinical Diagnostic prior to treatment.

2. SMS/Text Messaging: By providing your phone number, you opt-in to receive appointment reminders, clinical follow-ups, and marketing updates from Allen Family Affairs LLC d.b.a. AA Aesthetics.

3. Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Because our clinical protocols require significant preparation, any cancellations made less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or "no-show" appointments.

4. Liability: Clients agree to provide accurate medical history during the diagnostic phase to ensure treatment safety.
